Everyday Mindful Movement is an adjunct therapy for therapists, coaches and spiritual counselors to use to support therapeutic healing of childhood wounds, facilitate present day thriving, and bring a perspective of hope and confidence for the future.

EMM is created from my PhD studies around somatic (to do with the body) psychological  development and consciousness studies as it applies to my B A. from U C. Berkeley,  M A. in Humanities, 20 years experience as a spiritual counselor in the Christian tradition, 4 years as an M.A. trained psychotherapist and IFS (Internal Family Systems certified) couples counselor , and U.C. Davis trained  life and work coach.

Freud said that psychotherapy is about making the unconscious conscious. He also emphasized the value of healthy work and love in human life.

EMM is a way to bring the therapeutic gains from weekly individual, couples or group therapy into the everyday for a thriving life.

EMM helps therapists and clients ensure that treatment for psychological struggles doesn't just stay in the head or in the therapy room.

Drawing from the latest neuroscience findings, coaching principles and depth psychology, EMM provides a way for every form of counseling to have lasting effect in practitioners' and their client's lives.
